I sold a Property by taking 50,000 in advance and got into an agreement which mentions the remaining money will be paid at the time of registration and time is mention as within 30 days, it's not been 90 days and the buyer has no money to pay the balance and is also not willing to cancel the sale agreement. How do i cancel this deal? and sale it to the other potential buyer which is ready to do instant registration.
And if the buyer just disappeared without giving his consent for the cancellation, and i sale the property to other buyer will there be any issue
