You must be having the copy of original deed i.e. something like;

Erase all names etc to maintain the confidentiality.

Perspectives;

The settler may give notice to settlee  for intended cancellation of settlement deed…and cancel mutally and amicably.

The settler may approach court to revoke the deed on reservations, any reason say fraud etc .
