Cancelling the registration of a club

Hi myself soumya das living in Kolkata I have some issue with a club in our area. I n some friends of mine used to be members in club but that club strangely doesn't arrange any agm nor any social work. Once a year they arrange one football tournament n they have got money from government for uplifting sports n social activity but the president n the secretary of that club has fixed the money without giving any notice to its members. So me and my friends have diceded to leave that club. So I want to know can any thing be done to stop from getting money from government or any other methods of cancelling the registration of the club.
