Car parking conflicts

Hello,

I bought a flat in September 2012 that was constructed in 1999. This is part of a 10-flat building.

When my ex-owner bought the flat from the builder, he was allotted a covered two car-parking. Behind it was a driveway. The driveway was not through-way since a neighbour's allotted car-parking was adjacent to it.

The builder said the driveway belongs to my ex-owner.

He always parked his third car there.

My sale deed document says that the "house is a 3-bedroom duplex flat including common area with two  covered car parking in ground floor".

Does this mean that the common area referred to is the driveway?

Thanks!

Hi Anu!

As per your version,  Common Area mentioned in your Document is nothing but the drive way  as the document is specifically mentions that you are entitled to 2 car parkings. If you need more clarifications in this regard, please show the title deed to the Advocate and take his/her advice.
