Car parking in chs

kindly reply to the following query

in a scenario where a member of CHS ( CHS is duly registered- but conveyance of soc is pending )  is desiring to have a stilt or a covered parking space, made an application to the Secretary of the society giving necessary details. The procedure for disposal of applications still pending as he is been replied there is no car parking space available for his vehicle in the building in which he has a flat as those car parking is already being alloted to flat holders of neighbour building and  they are using it past 20yrs...as all those building's are sharing common proportionate area... and he is agrrieved by this where should he claim his right of car parking dy. registrar of co-op soc office or civil court who is the competant authority ...?

In Maharashtra, car parking can be permitted only to the members of a society, non-members or outsiders can not be permitted to park their vehicles in the society building/grounds.

A copy of the relevant Maharashtra CHS rules, for car parking in a society, is attached for your perusal.
