car parking saleable or not in mumbai

I have my own 1bhk flat in a 6 storey building having Total 15 car parking spots for 48 flats mostly sold to the house owners by builder..i have car but not purchased the parking space. Now other people are forcing me to keep my car outside as I do not have my own purchased car space.. what should I do..

Car parking falls in common area and stilt area. Parking space can not be sold separatly in terms of supreme court.

sir can I challenge them for illegal sale of parking slots.. because I have gone through some sites that states that under RERA builders can sale parking..that it has been given a rule through our govt. to legalise sale and purchase of parking places..
