There is a CART TRACK at middle of the agriculture field which is all problematic to all and even that is not in use and hence i am enjoying that CART TRACK and i had arranged an alternative CART TRACK to the neighbour to access his field.And that was done by the involvemnt of the village elder people.Buit now the neighbour wantedly asking me to give accessibility through the ORIGINAL CART TRACK , and his intention was to disturb me.
Now , what should i do becasue already i had laid pipe line .Any legal relief.
