Writing this note, seeking for your valuable advice.
I reside outside India. For website development of my business, I have signed the proposal/contract with a software(web development) company in India. However, I am not satisfied with the services and deliverables of the company.
We have signed a proposal for developing the website. The signature has been physically done on hard-copies of the proposal papers of the software company and a copy has been shared with each other. The company is registered in India.
Is there anyway by which a legal case can be filed against the company from outside India
