1. Depression is "no valid grounds" for Divorce under HMA currently.

2. Concerning 15 L payment relax you need to defend the case honestly and even normal persons undergo 'depression' and if remedial measures (means medication) are taken by that person and knowledge of same to other party than this is not a case to meet 15 L 'demand'.

3. For settlement both of you need to come at a mutually agreeable compromise of past, present and future maintenance clubbed with her other rights and for the same only a Ld. Advocate of yours may be able to guide you further as more special facts only he can scan through during in-person chamber meeting(s). 

This is so mean.

You decide if you want to live with a lady like her.

If yes,file for RCR.But also be prepared that you'll be engaged in a long legal battle.As you have already suffered depression,you may be prone to it and such a battle may make you depressed again.

You can also opt to just keep quiet and live independently,instead of fighting out in courts.It needs a lot of iner strength.

If she at all complains against you in court,only she'll be to blame,because she deserted you.In fact she also cant demand maintenance as she is the deserter;not you.

Or better still,go for a MCD.She is not worth lliving.Give her according to your income only;not according to unreasonable demands.

It's my personal belief,you  should not subject yourself to any hard struggle like court cases.

but this is the starting of ur marriage life so the parents are both the side settle the case other wise ghar bigadnae mai koi time nahi lagta hai

Depression is not a valid ground of divorce - A normal person can go under depression any time it is just like any other disease.

Compensation - 15 L -- for What ?

DON'T DO ANY THING. Let them bang head in court. After 2 years file divorce on desertion basis if they can't do by mutual.

Try reconciliation , also record everything.
