You can refuse to pay the amount she demands and challenge her case properly in the trial court.
There's no pressure on you to accept their demand.

Since she has already filed cases U/S 498 A and 406 ,your only option is to produce whatever evidence you have and provide to Investigating Police personnel, If you apprehend arrest get the anticipatory bail. Regarding 125 Cr. PC , that is application for maintenance and she may file that even if you paid her demanded amount, She is just harassing you so be patient and go through legal process only, Don’t pay anything except under supervision of court orders. If she is not working has no means of income then her husband has to provide her monthly maintenance as per his capacity under court orders.
It is advised not to pay anything if court has not interfered . Now if you want to negotiate for any amount then make a full and final settlement against bargained amount and let her drop the complaints and FIRs first.

You have no option but to contest the case(s) filed or being filed by your daughter in-law through your lawyer.
Demanding Rs. 7,50,000/- is her pressure tactics to extort more and more money from you and your family.
It is better to settle issue(s) amicably and buy peace for your family through negotiations.
