One of my friend working as RTC employe in Proddatur, Kadapa Dist. His name is Narahari Singh aged around 48 years. His caste is Bondili Rajputs and having caste certificate under OC caste. He don't know about his caste whether it comes under OC or BC. One of his friend told him that his caste comes under BC-B. I have also seen in internet it comes under BC-B. Now, how to approach my friend to change his caste in caste certificate. Please give advice how to approach in this regard.
