Please think how many of these RTI activists could have saved themselves if they were armed to defend themselves? Instead they would have sent their killers to their maker. There is no pride dying defenseless death like a coward.
Merely knowing the use of pen is not enough, side by side one should also know the use of arms. Freedom of Speech and Expression looses its force, if the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is subverted under any colour or excuse. The corrupt know this fact very well, when will RTI activists realise this fact?
Only sacrificing ones life like a sacrificial goat without a fight cannot be praised or glorified. Only those who die fighting like brave soldiers can be glorified. Kabir never glorified cowardly sacrifice like a sacrificial goat. Rather he desired people to fight like true warriors for the cause. I qoute one of his couplets below:
