I am central govt employee and one of my junior is filing suit in CAT, Aurangabad for anamoly of seniority issue. This anamoly already cleared by our HQ, Delhi, but still he is not satisfied by the answer of HQ, Delhi. Now, he asked permission & also some demanded related documents to the office.
Now, DPC is scheduled and he is going to file suit in CAT.
Can I file caveate so that DPC can be conducted.
There is no provision for filing CAVEAT in CAT.
