Caw cell councelling get failed

Watch out ! that matter is at a sensitive stage. After counselling at CAW Cell fails, the Cell may either pursue registration of FIR - in which case you'd have to seek to anticipatory bail (if you don't have it already !) or else if it is wholly frivolous and devoid of merit - it may close it down itself, though that is rare, since it's a cognizable offence and the police is under a duty to register the FIR - though they at a later stage may file a closure report u/s 173(1) if there is no substance against you.

what about they refer case to court for mediation?

When they refer it to court?

CAW cell has no power to refer the case to COURT'S MEDIATION Centre!
