Certified copies from other state

Dear Sir/Madam

Pls guide me on How can i get certified copies of a case (other state) without going there personally or engaing a local lawyer ?

Can i get it by filing RTI ?

As the OP is a very influential person, well connected with a big political party of that state. I ve hired/changed 3 local lawyers there, paid them the Fees in advance but all of them did not do anything. I cannot go there personally cos it will risk my life.

Pls help.

RTI does not apply in court cases. You can download the order from Internet from court website.

Thaks for the info but they do not paste the orders on the net.

It's the responsibility of the lawyers who is handling your case to provide certified copies of the judgment, order and decree of the case to you and if those b*st*rds have failed to do so than it's very sad. Anyhow engage some honest lawyer to get the CC of all the judgment, orders and decree of your case if you are unable to go and get the same personally.
