yes any body can get documents if that would be a public document. and certified copy of a sale deed which is a public document can be availed by following proper procedure even i can also get the certified copy of your sale deed as a third party. but most important thing is, there must be the details of your sale deed such as the document no. , execution date, volume no. pages no. and most important the executants means the vendor and vendee name and address. as because basing on this information the document has been searched in orginal for getting the copy.

so if u or the office of SRO provide the details of your deed then any body can  get the certified copy. so relaxed........
