The Landlord has only one document i.e. Partnership Retirement Deed (outgoing 9 partners incoming 3 partners). Does this sole document entitle him to prove his title of Property as he has not changed/3 partners name has not been updated in the Property Card. Question 1. Is he the legal owner/landlord of the property 2. 2 He has filed a civil suit in Small Causes Court for eviction mentioning 9 documents to support but submitted only the Partnership Retirement Deed 3. Will the Judge dismiss the case as he is not eligible to file a suit as his property documents are not proper
