can anybody suggest and help for challanging affidavits given by me and my father under pressure in sept 2005 by registering counter fir u/s 406 and 420 against complaint given by my father before the fir and we filed complaint case in court. the person, affidavit was given under family obligations so that the fir will be cancelled but that never happen we took bail after one and a half year, our complaint case is in samadhan group, and on weekly hearing this lead to their simmoning, our advocate kept on asking us to challange affidavit but under threat we did not as opposition party leaves opposite our house and is very influencial. It is only now we could tell that these affidavit were taken in presence of police under threat of arrest and promise of cancellation of fir
