Challenge of sale deed

In 1980 one sale deed was executed where the name of the village was not correct. The land dag number not belonged to the village stated in the sale deed. Can this deed be challenged in court to decpare null and void ?

What was the purchaser doing for 39 years ?  When this was noticed ?  Who is in possession of the property ?  .  Contact a local advocate as there are many issues involved in your simple query.
