I had leased out 1st floor of my shop in Chandigarh to a Banagalore based company dealing in online UPS systems. initially everything was fine but Suddenly one day they closed shop and went back to Bangalore. Now the rent due from them is almost 8 lacs. How can I recover it from them ? What if they do not turn up for the court proceedings here in Chandigarh ?
