My guardian's name (who took care of me and admitted me to school etc) has been given as father's name in all documents, including the passport.
My original birth certificate bears the name of my biological father.
I want to change my father's name to my biological father's name in all document like marks cards, voter id etc., and also in the passport.
Kindly guide me in this matter.
