change from General to OBC

At the time of joining govt. Service I didn't have obc certificate up to which I originally belongs to.so I have joined the service as general candidate. After joining I got obc service. Please guide me that for getting promotion can I submit obc certificate to employer or not.

Yes. You can if you really belong to OBC category.
