A lady owns a flat in a registered CHS (Maharashtra) The flat is in her maiden name. She is now married and wants the flat in her married name. How should the society go about this. Can this be done? and if , yes, then what documents are required and what would be the process involved.

she have to make an application to society to change the name along with document like, Marriage certificate, govt. gazzet of change in name.
