In Gujarat, if one wants to change the tenure of land from new tenure to old, he is required to pay premium as decided by Government from to time. However, in case of land acquisition, as is being told to me that no premium is required to be paid by the holder of the new tenure land.
Can anybody clarify this aspect, please?
