Change of date of birth in school, service and in other records

Dear sir/madam,
I reside in Bangalore and My date of birth in school and in other records is 18-12-1970 but my original date of birth is 18-12-1971.  I have obtained my birth certificate showing 18-12-1971 recently through Bangalore Maha nagara palike.  Now I want the change my date of birth in SSLC markscard, Aadhar, PAN and also in my government service records.  Whom to approach and how long it takes. Please suggest me.  Thank you in advance.
