My friend had purchased a land in Delhi in 2002. He prepared the GPA in the name of his father , while my friend had paid all the amount for that purchase. My friend had 3 brother and 2 sisters, all are married. Now, he want to change the name of his father from GPA and want to covert it in the name of his wife. Now someone suggested that all brother and sister need to present while preparing the GPA also need NOC from their end.
