Change of signature

Pranam,

If after marriage a lady changes her name, is it necessary to change her signature also ?

If it is to be changed then what is the procedure to change it ?

If it is not to be changed what is to be done if she is been repeatedly asked by her seniors in office to change the signature.?

Pls advice as she wants to continue with the same signature.
