I Dinne Venugopal, Govt Lecturer, have intial 'D' in my all certificates from 10 th to pg except ugc net..
In net certificate my name is like Dine venugopal, S/O Dine ramalingam.
So that i have written my surname as Dine in job verification. I got job and I have written my name as Dine venugopal in service register.
NOW I WANT TO CHANGE IT, HOW?

FIRST U MUST CHANGE IN GAZETTE..FOR BOTH OF U, SEPERATE FORMS TO BE USED
SECOND U MUST GIVE PAPER AD IN TELUGU AND IN ENGLISH PAPERS..
THEN U MUST TAKE AN AFFIDAVIT.
