Hi

There is no ROC Compliance. Just give an application alongwith certified copy of fresh certificate of incorporation to the concerned company in which your company is a shareholder.

Thanx

Ensure the change by going through the relevant doc i.e. RoC Approval to the same. Only then the Company shall record the new name in place of the older one.

No no....Notification in Off Gazatte would not come in the picture..The Company only needs to ensure that the nema has really changed..and that can b easily traced out from its RoC Records. Contrary views r always invited. Tq.

But as per my view the Company will have to ensure that its name has really changed..and that can b easily traced out from its RoC Records & thereafter the shareholder should file the GAZZATTE NOTIFICATION for public announcement.
