Not technically. In cheque bounce cases a legal notice is mandatorly required to be sent to you asking by the payee to pay the amount in 15 days.  you can pay the amount to the payee when you recieve the legal notice.  you can also pay the amount now without any legal notice and move on, no offence was made. relax

Have you taken delivery of the bike? If not there is no case under section NI-138.
