i needed some help on the issue
where the x-wife has a charge on the husbands property but as no maintenance is paid to her till date. should the charge be executed by selling off the property. or are there any laws which would help in transfering the property to the x-wife's name.
what is the best way to deal with this.

U have to do one thing, get compromised the case and transfer the attached property in x wife name by relingquishing the rights. It is to be recorded in the court in the cormpomise petition.
