respected sir,
if the exwife has a charge on the property of the husband by way of maintenance and no payments are made till date, can the charge be executed by transfer of the property inot the name of the ex wife?
which would be the best way to deal with the charge

is it possible to transfer the property into the wives name? any section that provides for it?
