charge sheet

whether court has power to frame a charge based on a issue not mentioned in chargesheet and if it is possible to add further charge in it between? please mention section also. THANKYOU

court frame the charge on the basis of sections which are mentioned in final report i.g charge sheet which is files as per section 173 of cr.pc . court has power to alter the charge as per section 216 of Cr.pc
