Chargesheet filing time limitation required

ir, I have purchased a plot in Approved layout, after a series of 5 legal sale transactions i have purchased plot from 5th owner and now i am 6th owner of the plot owner and i am in possession of the plot. After 15 years person who formed the layout came to plots and tried to grab plots by tresspassing with fake papers. on 03.09.2013 FIR was filed U/s 420,447,427 and 506 IPC and person was arrested and sent to remand. After 10 days of remand accused got bail. I would like to know the time limit for filing charge sheet. Regards, RAJESH
