Hello All,
We are a start up a Pvt Ltd company. We are planning to start a charitable foundation of our company whwere we can divert our part profits. I want to know what are the legal obligations for this and what is the legal procedure.
My also concern is can a single charitable foundation deal into various domains for charity?

No single charity can't be involved in various domain. For saving tax if u want to proceed then be aware since it is risky.
