Cheated after mutual divorse

Respected all,

I got MCD 10 months back, through MOU between two parties.

After accepting lumpsome, they are not taking back the case.

I am in abroad, so i am not able to attend court, even they also not attending court, but they are not coming for mutual compromise of 498a.

What are theoptions i have??

If they have agreed for withdrawal/quashing of 498a case in MoU, file for quashing 498a case by based on this MoU & MCD obtained.

The problem is at present i am in staying abroad, if i need to quash the case, based on MOU how many days or month should i take leave from the job??

In MOU it was clearly written they take back the case.But they are demanding more taking advatage of i staying abroad
