Cheating buyers !!!!?!

Respected Experts,

 My aunty bought a land in her name in 1990, and has till date legal patta and original parent document.The EC from 1990-till date is in her name.She was in delhi where her husband was working.Now it seems that the seller from whom she bought the land has sold it to two people one in 1997 and the other in 2001,both these people seemsto have a sales deed from the old seller but are not ready to show the sales deed.Presently my aunty is a widow and has no source of income,her only ally is this land.What should be done.Please do help and give your expert advice.

Get Land records checked by local advocate, Produce ur Registered Sale Deed, 7/12 extract, RR, index etc, get title searched, then take action, if same land sold twice by same person. , for chreating, as well as cancellatin of 2nd & 3rd sale deed, as  void ab -initio, not binding on u, by civil court  decree.
