I have booked a plot at a Town of Haryana in Pre-launch with named (A township)a renowed Delhi Builder in 2006. As per information the Township was on Main Road and have very Good location. In Apr'2011 builder offered me a plot for his another township named (B township)with different name and with very inferior location. when I refused to accept the offer their official told me to refund back the application money without interest. The Township A land is still un alloted. Please help me how can I get the plot at my booked location. Please also help me whether Builder take any permission from Govt agency for pre-launch and they provide and documents to Govt agency in this regad.
