Sir,My mother A purchased house plot nos 38,39 from M in the year 1993.Above plot nos sold to B on 2010.B sold above plots to C on 2011.C sold above plots to D on 2012. D sold above plots to E on 2013. E sold above plots to F in the year 2014.All above transactions are registered in sub registrar office.
2018 C registered police complaint against A &B cheating case, 420,407,403 for sold 38 plot no.
M already registered plot no 38 to N in the year 1992. N sold plot no 38 to O in 2012.
Please suggest me this will come cheating case or civil dispute.If cheating case how to face,if civil dispute how to enter in to court from A.
