for buying land I given Advance(5 laks) in 2000 Year to one person (X and his sons Y and Z)with in 2 months X (Father)was expired after some time I approched Y and Z in 2007 ( In between as per my Job I'm travelling all the locations in Inida and Outside India) they taken remain amount(3 Laks) but till now they did not registered that land I want to keep Cheating case in Y and Z .how to proceed?
for this how is Court fees will be charges? my friend told that land cost x 1% they will charge he yold is it true?
is there any other approches plz tell me.
