My friend did a big financial fraud on me and now he has blocked me everywhere. His numbers are also switched off. I don't have his other contacts .. I have all proof of the transaction made using UPI. He is active from his Instagram account and I got to know from one mutual friend. Is there a way to track him if I file a FIR against him
File a police complaint against your fraudester friend at his last known address and phone number / email etc.
