If say person A promised person B to get house in govt authority say housing authority, person collected some lump sum amount XXX from person B. But person B he didn't know this was illegal exactly. Later he got to know that it was through illegal he decided to withdraw money i.e. he asked person A to return money. But person A refuse to return amount & in return black mailing person B saying that if person B got to court he will also be punished.
Is person B is liable to punishment by court, if yes how much?
