My licensee has disconnected his own electric connection. Water connection too is disconnected by authorities due to huge arrears. He is not using the premises. But he refuses to vacate the same. He is also not paying the rent since last two years. Can I file Criminal case of cheating, mischief or damage under IPC or any other suitable law?
