Cheating on contracts

 a company who has hired me on a four month contract  for a technical work to be done which was done in a month ............as they told me we will be using you for different projects too .........so we are hiring you for 4 months.....now they are changeing thier words becasuse thier job is done in a month time ...........and i had said no to my other clients...........also these guys are saying your job is not good ........probaly the project which used my technical stuff is delivered .....and the client loves it................please help me on this can i sue them ......i have also signed a contract with them that i will be working with them for 4 months on a contract basis...............

Dear Vineth,

Look to the termination clause in the agreement what it specifies in the event when the contract is or could be terminated by either of the parties. On the basis of the same you can issue legal notice to the company and sue them in court for the money you were/are entitled for and as well for compensation in the form of damages as you terminated rest of the contracts of other clients and because of which you sustained loss.

                the company is a big coprate firm............they have been blacklisted last year too.......for fireing people to take the creditbility............and the hr has been slaped and abused ............now i have asked for the contract letter which they have signed on the joining date probaly they are saying its in their head office...........but i have a mail .........from the companys HR  that you have been hired for 4 months ......for  the work.............the work which i did has helped the whole team to deliver a project....which is very satisying for the client.and the people working there..........now the company (the creative supervisor)is saying we dint like your performance............so we are ending up your contract...................why are they saying that after the project is delivered............why did they kept me  for 2 mnths and why did they hire me on a contract basis for 4 months...why are they not giving my contract letter which was singed on my first day.......i think they are exploiting things there............i asked them for giving my money for next 2 months to ...and they are saying no.......i told them i will be taking legal action against them.........they told me we have a legal team.....so should i go further and send them a notice........to the company and  the creative supervisor for the fraud........this is my first experince.........i have seen people doing with others this time its me.........and i want to screw them badly........as internal i know the company has bad policys......
