the case is like this..... 3 years ago without any agreement and rental receipts, but with only 2 months advance, we gave our groundfloor for residential purpose to our tenant, but without my concern, he made our house as a registered office for his microfinance business and business school. Now when we wanted him to vacate, he filed a case saying, he is a secretate to a society where in hepling poor people and we are not giving rental bills and he mentioned in that case that we gave that house for only 2,000 per month, which is worth of 10,000. and in that he also mentioned that we are threating him to vacate the house, which we did not do it.
Now kindly tell how we can get ride of this case within 1 month.
