Sir, I'm a government employee, somebody took finance from a company using my documents as a first guarantee without my knowledge in 2012 and I came to know this in 2016 with their notice. i also wrote the letter that is a forgery. after two months that company arbitrator sent me a notice. but I didn't respond. 3 years completed. is there any chance to arise the case in court and attach my salary?
