we are agreed for buy building. we agreed for 2 months with a condition that will pay full amount in 2 months, if fails the agreement will cancel (with out mentioning the condition: paid amount will not refunded). due to some litigation in property we are not willing to buy that property these matter known after sale agreement done. now he refused to pay the amount what we were paid earlier. it is a hard earned money. I don't want to loose the single penny. please help me get out of this problem. he misguiding and cheating me with a details in sale agreement. he mentione that the building area is 100 sq.yds but after execution of sale agreement we known that 80 sq.yds. remaining land is tied up earlier for providing way to neighbors. he said that "it is our land. they have signatures of mine on white papers that doesn't valied". please help me as early as possible.
