What should I do ? My summon for 138 case came back to me with remark not claimed and return back to sender ?
So judge will accept that and will issue bailable warrant or should I get one more summon copy and send it back to accused who is not calming it ???
I have send many 138 notices on same address and all were delivered but this summon came back ??
In case of nbw if accused is in Patna and case is in Pune , so court will send polish from Pune to Patna or just warrant will be given to me and I have to take Patna polish or Pune polish to arrest them or what is need to arrest them who's responsible for arresting accuse Pune or Patna polish
