cheque bounce

There is no bar in issuing notice by the payee/holder in course.  The format is uniform and standardized.  You can search and download the format form from 'google' and can issue a registered notice, as notice has to be issued as immediately as possible.  This is in the general case for a simple issue.  If the issue is involved with complications the advocate may charge from Rs.500 to Rs.5,000/- depending on the amount and standing of the advocate.

Lawyer fees to issue notice or to contest case differ from lawyer to lawyer it depends on standing of Advocate and nature of work.

because I checked few layers in Chennai. they demanding 10k as 1% of the 10 lakhs. I feel it is very amount to issue a legal notice..! please suggest me any lawyer who charge less please..!

It is "Lawyer" and not "Layer" as repeated by you.

Legal / professional charges differ from a lawyer to another lawyer depending upon varied factors, however, it is irrelavant to the amount of cheque in question.
