I joined a company with a security deposit & this deposit was refundable.The company paid salaries upto 8 months & the company don't pay salaries for a period of 4 months, so i resigned from the company & the security deposit amount was given to me through a post dated cheque. After depositing in the bank it got bounced twice. Now some of the employees have lodged a complaint after the CEO of the company demanding there respective security deposit. The ceo of the company surrendered himself to the police saying that he doesn't have any money to pay the security deposit. As I resigned, i have a cheque & its dishoured. I am planning to file a cheque bounce case against the CEO of the company. Please help me, i am in a tangle, as the person who issued me the cheque is in police custody & he says he doesn't have any money to payback. Please help me to get back my valuable money. Kindly do the needful.
